Who we are

Operator business, not a software vendor.

Our core team has worked in operator business in Southeast Asia since 2014. That is where our view comes from: getting a product approved, priced, placed in a channel and kept alive after launch is a different job from building an interface to a billing system.

MICROLINK MOBI LIMITED was registered in Hong Kong SAR in 2019. We work with digital service providers on one side and operators on the other, and we build PassGrid to carry the delivery between them.

What does Microlink do?

Is Microlink an aggregator or a carrier billing hub?

No. Microlink connects to operator billing, but we also source the products, design the offer and operate the business with the operator after launch.

What is PassGrid?

PassGrid is Microlink's digital entitlement connection and operation platform for operators and digital service providers. It covers partner connections, entitlement products, subscription lifecycle, automated fulfilment, data and settlement, and platform governance.

What is Microlink's relationship with TeraBox?

Microlink Mobi is the appointed exclusive master agent for TeraBox in mobile operator channels, under a master service agreement with FLEXTECH, INC., the company behind TeraBox. Authorization is granted market by market, and Microlink appoints and manages local distributors in each market.

Which service categories does Microlink cover?

Cloud storage is the first category, through TeraBox. Short drama and office and productivity tools are the categories we are evaluating next.

What does an operator need to provide?

Billing access through carrier billing or wallet, channel placements such as app, SMS, retail stores or wallet, and one product owner on the operator team.

Where does Microlink work?

First operator deployments are in Southeast Asia. Our focus markets are Latin America and Africa.
